Women in the Law 2026 – Miranda Tichareva, Nash Law Group, Attorneys at Law SC

Miranda Tichareva is an associate attorney at Nash Law Group, Attorneys at Law SC in Wisconsin Rapids, where she practices immigration law, family law and criminal defense.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School in May 2024, she has quickly distinguished herself through her initiative and community-centered leadership.

After relocating to rural northern Wisconsin, Tichareva identified a critical gap in legal services and established the first immigration law practice in Price County at Slaby Deda Law Offices in Phillips. She has since established immigration law as a key practice area at Nash Law Group, assisting clients with investment-based immigration, adjustment of status and urgent deportation proceedings. She represents clients in all 50 states. Her advocacy within the criminal court system has also helped educate courts on the immigration consequences of criminal sentences, protecting clients from deportation and family separation.

Tichareva’s leadership is guided by a commitment to access to justice for underserved communities. She established a partnership with Chapel of Faith Anglican Church in Madison to provide free legal consultations and educational resources to immigrant and refugee communities. She serves on the board of the Wisconsin Rapids Family Center, which supports survivors of domestic violence. She also serves as a Guardian ad Litem, accepts court-appointed cases and mentors young women entering the legal profession.
