Lindsay Renier is the founder and an attorney at Renier Hotopp Law Offices, LLC, a family law firm serving clients across Wisconsin.

Reiner founded the firm in June 2020, launching it from her kitchen table during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, she has grown the firm 1,000%, building a team of 12 employees. In 2025, she expanded the firm to De Pere, extending its reach to serve families in Northeast Wisconsin from Milwaukee to Green Bay and beyond.

Renier takes pride in prioritizing empathy alongside legal strategy, guiding clients through divorce, custody, support and other family matters with sensitivity and humanity. She has fostered a culture of collaboration and genuine support within the firm, believing that making a real difference in clients’ lives requires pairing strong legal skills with compassionate, responsive advocacy.

The firm maintains a mentorship program for new attorneys, reflecting Renier’s belief that great family lawyers are developed, not just hired. She also leads her team by promoting volunteerism and pro bono work. The firm volunteers time with Legal Action of Wisconsin and Judicare Legal Aid and provides pro bono assistance in Walworth County.

Renier is an active member of the Green Bay Chamber of Commerce and Experience Burlington and regularly donates to 100 Women Who Care of Racine County.
