Georgia L. Konstantakis is an attorney, law firm owner and Franklin Municipal Judge with nearly 30 years in the legal profession.

She founded and built Konstantakis Law Office, LLC into a multi-attorney practice serving clients across Wisconsin in estate planning, probate, personal injury, real estate, corporate and criminal defense matters. A significant milestone in the firm’s growth was the opening of a second office in Waukesha County to better serve Lake Country families. Konstantakis also launched a legal podcast to make complex Wisconsin legal topics more accessible to the public.

Her appointment as Franklin municipal judge reflects her commitment to justice and her standing within the legal community.

Konstantakis has served on the Greendale Chamber of Commerce Board for more than 15 years and has mentored high school students through her Greek Orthodox Church, 11 of whom have gone on to become full-time attorneys. Her community involvement includes volunteering at local shelters, visiting nursing homes during the holidays and participating in a mission trip to Mexico.

Konstantakis describes her approach as rooted in fairness, dignity and respect, with a focus on helping clients through difficult moments while protecting what they have built and supporting where they are going.
