He focuses his practice on helping energy companies and other businesses navigate large-scale capital projects, from procurement and construction to regulatory compliance. His practice and approach are rooted in blending creativity and practicality.
Hemaidan brings a wealth of experience in renewable energy representation, counseling clients on the purchase and development of wind, solar and biomass projects. Additionally, he’s guided his clients through siting and certification cases for major power generation facilities, transmission lines, private energy projects and large agricultural developments.
He is member of the State Bar’s Energy and Telecommunications Section, the American Bar Association’s Public Utilities, Communications and Transportation Section, the Coalition for Renewable Natural Gas and WERC Government Relations Committee, as well as serving on the board of directors for the Wisconsin Public Utility Institute.
