Women in the Law 2026 – Jacqueline Greer Hrovat, Mallery sc

Jacqueline Greer Hrovat is president and shareholder at Mallery sc, bringing 25 years of legal experience that began in Chicago and continues in Milwaukee.

Hrovat focuses her practice on complex real estate and finance transactions, including work with urban developers on community-forward projects. She joined Mallery 17 years ago and has been directly involved in the firm’s growth as a shareholder, executive team member and now president. Expanding diversity and culture has been a central goal of her tenure in firm leadership.

Hrovat mentors younger female attorneys, recognizing the particular challenges the legal profession presents for young women. She completes pro bono work each year for business owners and individuals and has served on several community boards, including WCREW, the Wisconsin Breast Cancer Showhouse and Radio Milwaukee.
