Kristina Sasich excels at navigating complex matters.

Sasich, manager of legal support at Foley & Lardner, takes a balanced approach to work and is always striving to find outcomes that benefit employees, attorneys and the firm.

She is responsible for overseeing 46 direct reports, including 44 assistants and two receptionists.

A prime example of Sasich’s leadership is her critical role in the firm’s national teaming initiative pilot program, aimed at enhancing support for attorneys. Sasich was the only manager entrusted with overseeing two teams during this pilot, underscoring the firm’s confidence in her capabilities.

Through weekly meetings and constant communication with her team leads, Sasich played a pivotal role in refining the program, directly contributing to its national rollout and success.

Mentorship is another area where Sasich shines. She takes a personalized approach to professional development, tailoring training plans to meet the unique needs of each team member.

“Kristina is a true all-star in every sense of the word,” said Andy Wronski, managing partner of Foley & Lardner’s Milwaukee Office. “Her talent, passion and commitment to our community, the firm and our people exemplify the very best of Foley & Lardner.”

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Sasich is deeply involved in Foley & Lardner’s partnership with the Boys and Girls Club of America. She also leads other key initiatives such as the national holiday greeting card art contest, the annual Camp Cleanup event and various outreach efforts like the winter apparel drive and the Day in Action.

“Kristina is passionate about the projects, and I also appreciate that she is super organized,” said Linda Benfield, a member of the firm’s management committee. “Her innate leadership skills and passion inspire others to get involved.”
