Brian E. Cothroll, vice president and deputy general counsel-corporate government and compliance at Generac, is used to tackling challenges head on.
At Generac, he is responsible for public company governance and navigating securities regulation. Cothroll also leads the company’s compliance program, where he develops and implements the strategy and infrastructure to protect and strengthen Generac’s culture and maximize its business performance.
Cothroll works to be a collaborative, thoughtful leader who facilitates growth, whether it is for the company’s bottom line or its broader identity.
Prior to joining Generac last year, Cothroll worked at the A.O. Smith Corp. for 13 years and was in private practice at Foley & Lardner.
