Elizabeth Pearce enjoys the variety of work she does at Secura Insurance in her role as supervisor of litigation.

“As an in-house attorney, I love being able to work across multiple states and practice areas,” she said. “It stimulates my intellect and makes it very interesting.”

Pearce has worked at Secura fox six years and previously was a senior claims attorney until her promotion to supervisor of litigation.

“I love the people I get to work with inside and outside of Secura so we can provide the best possible service to our internal and external customers,” she said.

In addition to her work at Secura, Pearce is involved with the Wisconsin Defense Council. She currently serves on the WDC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and the Women in the Law Committee. She previously served as chair of the Employment Law Committee and was honored for her work in 2023, which includes putting together an overview of employment law topics and trends.
