Serving as the chief litigation counsel, he manages Regal Rexnord’s litigation strategy, which includes leading the company’s global litigation strategy, due diligence processes associated with litigation through acquisitions and divestitures, and managing the integration of litigation matters in acquisitions. Romero also manages and reviews outside counsel’s work in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Poland and New Zealand.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Romero joined Regal Rexnord in 2021 after working at Quarles & Brady for six years, where he served as national counsel to clients in product liability litigation matters.
