A varied legal background prepared Sean O’Flaherty when he opened O’Flaherty Law, LLC in July 2020.
At O’Flaherty Law in La Crosse, he represents local and regional businesses and actively advises them regarding corporate structure, corporate governance, managing credit, mergers and acquisitions and succession planning. O’Flaherty regularly drafts and reviews complex banking, development, computer technology and biotechnology contracts for local companies.
Prior to opening his own firm, O’Flaherty served as city attorney of the City of Onalaska from 2004-2018. Prior to returning to La Crosse after graduating from J.D. Fordham University School of Law, he was employed by the law firm of Windels Marx Lane and Mittendorf, LLP in New York City where he concentrated on real estate financing.
