The firm extends its reach statewide for business, organizational and municipal matters.
Gardner started his firm out of a desire to serve rural communities facing a clear attorney shortage and to say yes to more clients without the conflict limitations common in multi-attorney firms.
Gardner is especially proud of successfully handling multiple trials entirely on his own since opening, an experience he credits with driving deeper learning and sharper skill development. His practice includes Guardian ad Litem work, which he approaches as a mission rather than a business obligation.
Beyond the courtroom, he gives back through local theatre, student groups and adjunct teaching at the University of Wisconsin Law School. He recently was elected president of the Green County Bar Association and volunteers with the State Bar’s Diversity Clerkship program and continuing legal education efforts.
