Attorney Fees
Appellants are truck drivers who obtained settlements from their former employer for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), and Indiana wage laws, IND. CODE § 22-2-5, -9. The truck drivers here contend that the award of attorney’s fees awarded by the district court, should have been higher.
Man who stole $426K from elderly victim faces sentencing
An Oshkosh man convicted of stealing more than $426,000 from a 92-year-old nursing home resident is scheduled to be sentenced in January.
