Timothy Maynard’s practice is grounded in realism and compassion, representing employees in wage and hour, disability and non-compete matters.

“Early on in my career, I was taught to empathize with my clients’ emotions but not to take them in and make them my own,” Maynard said. “Being able to earn your client’s trust, understand their situations, and adequately advise them of the strengths and weaknesses of their positions is essential to being an effective attorney even though it sometimes means that your clients don’t like what you have to say.”

Maynard is a shareholder at Hawks Quindel, practicing from the Milwaukee office for over a decade. He helps clients navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives when facing unpaid wages, job restrictions or the denial of critical disability benefits.

“What’s ultimately most rewarding is seeing that trust pay off and helping to alleviate one stressor so that my clients can focus on regaining their health if possible,” he said.

Maynard was previously recognized by the Wisconsin Law Journal as an Up & Coming Lawyer award recipient.
