Collaborating with diverse teams working toward a common goal drew Katie Manno to pursue a career as an in-house legal counsel.

For the past 12 years, Manno has worked at Fiserv, including the last two years as vice president, associate general counsel.

“I enjoy working with colleagues from different areas within our enterprise, the opportunity to act as both a legal and business advisor and seeing the impact of our collective accomplishments in serving our clients,” she said.

Working for Fiserv, a global technology leader that enables money movement for financial institutions, businesses and consumers, is fast paced, she said.

“Working within a company, and particularly at Fiserv, provided me an opportunity to work with an incredibly talented team on innovative, interesting and meaningful initiatives,” Manno said. “What drew me to this career has certainly proven true. Collaborating with a team from diverse backgrounds, forging relationships, developing and implementing strategy makes each day exciting and fun.”
