Whether it’s on the football field, basketball court or standing in front of a judge in court, doing his best is what matters to Christopher Wolske.

An attorney with Menn Law in Appleton, Wolske admitted to being competitive by nature so pursuing a career as a litigator was a perfect fit.

“I was active in sports – football and basketball – and I also loved to debate and analyze and it all comes together in practicing law,” said Wolske.

He specializes in personal injury law, professional liability and general civil litigation, including advising healthcare providers on health care law issues.

Even though a lot of cases are settled, Wolske enjoys preparing for trials.

“It’s a lot of work, but it’s also fun,” he said. “You get to be in front of a judge and other lawyers and do your best. My cases that go to trial are definitely the most memorable.”

While going to court brings out Wolske’s competitive side, he also indulges that side of his personality by coaching his 9-year-old son’s Pop Warner football team and watching his older two sons play high school football.

“I’m always striving to balance my professional work with my family and making sure I have time for the activities we enjoy,” he said.
