I am often asked to provide a list of quality blogs on a particular area of law. Many people still read blogs to help remain current on new or out-of-state cases, legislation and news. Recently, I compiled a list of some of my favorite nonprofit law blogs:

Nonprofit Law Prof Blog

This blog is part of the Law Professor Blog group and has several contributing authors. There are almost daily posts.

Nonprofit Law Blog

Written by two attorneys from the NEO Law Group in California, the blog has been around for quite some time. With the advent of Twitter, many of their blog posts are a summary of relevant tweets from the past week.

Not for Profit/Exempt Organizations Blog

The Proskauer Rose LLP blog covers nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations from various angles, including tax, health care and labor.

Nonprofit Law Info Blog

The Nissenbaum Law Group authors this nonprofit blog. The posts do not appear to be as regular as the others mentioned, but I have found a lot of interesting posts.

If this is an area of interest, I would recommend checking some of these out. They all offer either an email subscription or a RSS feed so it is easy to keep up.

If you are on Twitter, check out Nonprofit Law News, part of the JD Supra network.

I am still in search of a Wisconsin-based blogger on this area of law, so please share if you know of anyone. Anyone tweet consistently on this issue?
