Wisconsin Farmer’s Markets – Fun and Food

I realize the purpose of my blog is to highlight quality websites that can assist legal professionals. Well, this post probably won’t have a work application. I hope, however, it will still be helpful.

It is summer, and to me summer means two things – travel and food. A great way to combine the two is to visit the various Wisconsin farmers markets. The Dane County Farmer’s Market is considered one of the best in the U.S. (see Eating Well Magazine, Forbes Traveler, and others). If you have never been, you will be amazed!

There are several other wonderful markets throughout Wisconsin. Be sure to check them out as you travel throughout the state (or make it the entire purpose of your trip). Savor Wisconsin allows you to search by county or date. Wisconsin Attractions identifies farmers markets by region and offers an interactive map. FarmersMarkets.com has a great list of Wisconsin sites as well as other states throughout the country.
