Ziegler said Kelly will uphold the rule of law. Wisconsin State Journal reports when Kelly was a Wis. Supreme Court justice several fellow conservative justices dissented on his decisions for alleged judicial errors, such as misreading simple language in a statute, ignoring straightforward statutory interpretations and misapplying judicial precedent.
