The Supreme Court on Thursday buttressed a criminal defendant's right to cross-examine prosecution witnesses, ruling in favor of a New York man who was convicted of killing a 2-year-old boy on Easter Sunday in 2006.

Insurance – Uninsured Motorist Coverage
This appeal concerns WIS. STAT. § 632.32(5)(i) (2019-20), which permits an insurer to offset underinsured motorist (UIM) or uninsured motorist (UM) coverage limits to account for payments from other sources.
