As a fresh attorney, Nicolet spent most of his time in the Washington County Law Library to ensure he knew every angle he could approach a case. Even though he was a brand-new attorney, he was determined to handle his clients’ cases perfectly.

“I think becoming obsessed with getting clients’ problems solved and wanting to get better was what made a difference for me,” Nicolet stated.

As he encountered various legal representatives and areas of law, he gradually honed in on injury law, and the pool of those he could learn from got that much smaller. Nicolet realized he needed to expand his learning beyond Wisconsin and Minnesota.

“I started learning and training with some of the best injury law attorneys in the world by going to other states to listen to them speak, watch them work, and train with them,” Nicolet explained. “I have been to Florida, Georgia, New York, and California several times to learn from the best of the best of trial lawyers.”

From One-Person Office to Multi-State Practice

Nicolet Law began as a one-person law office with the simple goal of helping others. His practice has grown to three states and dozens of employees through a dedication to learning and a resolve toward success. Nicolet is proud of the growth he has achieved and is proudest of those who work alongside him to fight for the hardworking people of the Midwest.
