Meghan Healy cannot remember a time when she did not want to become an attorney.

A managing shareholder at Di Renzo & Bomier in Neenah, Healy’s father and older sister are both attorneys. Growing up, she would hear her dad talk about his day at the dinner table.
“Early on, I learned that lawyers have the unique opportunity to help people at all stages of their lives and through all of the highs and lows,” she said. “I work hard every day on behalf of my clients, bring passion to their cases and work to provide them positive results.”

Healy primarily focuses on family law cases, including Guardian ad Litem representation.

Family law is a truly personal area of the law. Each day, I talk with clients about issues and people that are most important to that client, primarily their children,” she said. “In many cases, I have a client who needs protection, but in every case with children, it is my job to try to shield those children from trauma.”

Healy said both her father, Howard Healy, and sister, Kathleen, served as mentors to her.

“I hope that I am a mentor to younger lawyers in my community. I try to set an example with work ethic, courtroom experiences and taking the time to talk through issues and provide advice to those who contact me,” she said.
