Brian Anderson thrives on the challenge of having a personal injury practice.

“I like having to think on my feet and helping juries understand my client’s perspective,” said Anderson, an attorney with The Everson Law Firm in Green Bay, whose caseload includes insurance coverage issues and defending physicians and hospitals in civil litigation and administrative actions.

The son of a judge, Anderson was exposed to the law at an early age and always knew he wanted a job in the legal field. Prior to launching his legal practice, he was an assistant professor of law at his alma mater, the College of Law at Ohio Northern University. He also was a rule of law advisor in Eastern Europe, the Balkans and sub-Saharan Africa.

When deciding an area to focus his legal practice on, Anderson thought back to when he worked as a paralegal for personal injury attorneys while in college.

“I saw the litigation was complex, very hands-on and complex, which I really found attractive,” he said.
