2024 Racine County Bar Association Judicial Poll for Branch 3 Contested Election

The Racine County Bar Association announced the results of its Judicial Qualification Poll Tuesday. Members of the Racine County Bar Association were asked to vote on the qualifications of the candidates for the upcoming elections for Racine County Circuit Court Judge Branch 3.

The following poll was sent to current members of the RCBA:

Please vote for the individual that you believe is most qualified based upon your personal knowledge, investigation, or experience:

a) Toni Young
b) Jessica Lynott
c) Both equally qualified

The results of the poll were tabulated by the Courts Committee. The results are as follows:

a) Toni Young: 41 votes
b) Jessica Lynott: 31 votes
c) Both equally qualified: 11 votes
d) Other/Write-In: 6 votes

This poll is conducted by the Racine County Bar Association pursuant to its By-laws, which also require that the results of the poll be published to the local media at least 14 days prior to any local judicial election.
