Jackson appeals from a judgment of conviction, entered upon his guilty plea, convicting him of third-degree sexual assault. Jackson also appeals an order denying his postconviction motion for relief and an order denying his motion to reconsider. Jackson contends that the circuit court sentenced him based on inaccurate information, and the circuit court failed to consider the relevant sentencing factors.

The appeals court concluded that Jackson has failed to establish that the circuit court actually relied on the inaccurate information.

Affirmed.
