Marquette Law School Poll’s director will be giving a preview of the statewide and national elections in an upcoming event.

“On the Issues with Mike Gousha” will feature Charles Franklin at 12:15 p.m. June 14 in the Lubar Center at Eckstein Hall, 1215 W. Michigan St., Milwaukee.

The event is free and open to the public, but registration online is required.

Franklin and Gousha will offer a comprehensive look at the political landscape, examining the special election outcomes nationally and in Wisconsin, voter behavior in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, trends in presidential approval ratings, voter confidence in the economy and the impact of congressional retirement.

Franklin is director of the Marquette Law School Poll and professor of law and public policy at Marquette University Law School.

Gousha, an award-winning broadcast journalist, is the Law School’s distinguished fellow in law and public policy.
