Sentencing — accurate information — discretion — undue harshness

Quincy Lashawn Baker appeals the judgment of conviction, following a guilty plea, of felony murder. Baker also appeals from the final order denying his motion for resentencing. We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
