Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Joseph A. Sundermeyer, pro se, appeals from an order of the circuit court denying his Wis. Stat. § 974.06 (2009-10) motion. Sundermeyer contends the circuit court erred in denying two of his claims without a hearing and the third after a hearing. We affirm. This opinion shall not be published.
