Criminal Procedure — right to be present

Raziga Imani appeals a judgment of conviction and an order denying postconviction relief. The issue is whether Imani was deprived of his right to return to court after being removed for disruptive behavior. We conclude he was not. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
