Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Jerome Thomas Walker appeals a judgment of conviction, entered after he pled guilty on the second day of trial to one count of second-degree reckless homicide by use of a dangerous weapon and one count of first-degree recklessly endangering safety. He also appeals an order denying postconviction relief. He seeks plea withdrawal or, in the alternative, sentence modification. Because we conclude that Walker fails to show that his guilty pleas were infirm or that the circuit court improperly exercised its sentencing discretion, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
