Remedies — harassment injunctions

Timothy Zoellick appeals a harassment injunction order. He argues that his conduct did not constitute harassment, specifically contending that the circuit court improperly inferred an illegitimate motive from his “mere presence in a public place.” He also argues that the injunction is overly broad. We reject Zoellick’s arguments, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
