Wisconsin Court of Appeals
Criminal
Motor Vehicles – OWI — probable cause
Eric Fischer appeals a judgment of conviction for operating while intoxicated, first offense. Fischer argues the circuit court erred by denying his suppression motion because the officer lacked probable cause to arrest him for operating while intoxicated. We agree, and reverse and remand for further proceedings. This opinion will not be published.
