Criminal Procedure – mistrials

Ondrea Matthews appeals from a judgment of conviction for one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child. Matthews argues that the trial court erroneously exercised its discretion by refusing to declare a mistrial when the jury was improperly presented with evidence that Matthews may have served time in jail. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
