Zoning — conditional use permits — due process

CFS, LLC, appeals a judgment affirming the Bayfield County Board of Adjustment’s decision denying CFS a conditional use permit. CFS asserts the Board’s decision was not supported by substantial evidence and argues its due process rights were violated. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
