Criminal Procedure – successive appeals

Aaron C. Lane, pro se, appeals a circuit court order denying his motion for sentence modification. The circuit court concluded that Lane’s claim is procedurally barred by State v. Escalona-Naranjo, 185 Wis. 2d 168, 517 N.W.2d 157 (1994). We agree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
