Civil Procedure – settlement — mutual mistake
Lorraine A. Burrows appeals from a circuit court order denying her motions after verdict and granting a posttrial motion for summary judgment to Progressive Classic Insurance Co. (Progressive) and Grace M. Kling. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
