Criminal Procedure — ineffective assistance

Keith W. McGary appeals a judgment convicting him of repeated sexual assault of the same child and an order denying his postconviction effort to secure a new trial. We reject his claims of trial court error and ineffective assistance of trial counsel. We affirm the judgment and order. This opinion will not be published.
