Debtor-Creditor — personal guarantys — delivery

Spouses Dr. Thomas Wood and Rae Wood appeal a judgment granting summary judgment in favor of Tri City National Bank. Tri City sought a money judgment jointly and severally against the Woods and others pursuant to personal guaranties they signed for a loan to Legacy D.C., Inc. Like the circuit court, we reject the Woods’ claim that their guaranty was unenforceable against them. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
