Motor Vehicles – OWI – reasonable suspicion

Marvin L. Dillman appeals from his conviction for second-offense operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant (OWI) on the ground that there was not reasonable suspicion to support the traffic stop that led to his arrest and conviction. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
