Sexually Violent Persons – discharge — hearings
Kevin J. Haen appeals the orders by which the circuit court denied his petition for discharge from a Wis. Stat. ch. 980 (2011-12) commitment and his motion for reconsideration. Haen argues that he should have been granted a discharge hearing. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
