Employment – workers’ compensation — vocational retraining benefits

Menard, Inc. and Zurich American Insurance Company (collectively, Menard) appeal a circuit court order affirming a State of Wisconsin Labor and Industry Review Commission (LIRC) decision. Menard argues LIRC’s decision, which granted Rodney McCullough additional vocational retraining benefits, was not supported by credible and substantial evidence. We reject Menard’s argument, and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
