Milwaukee attorney announces candidacy for Branch 45 judicial seat

Gil Urfer, an attorney with Nistler Law Office SC, Brookfield, has announced his candidacy for Milwaukee County Circuit Court’s Branch 45 seat.

Judge Tom Donegan retired from the seat at the end of November.

Urfer has been with Nistler Law since 2010. He previously worked in the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s office and served as team captain of its Domestic Violence Unit.

He started his career at Duren SC as an associate specializing in commercial litigation.
