Walker seeks applicants for Jefferson County judicial vacancy

Listen to this articleGov. Scott Walker is seeking applicants for appointment to the Jefferson County Circuit Court.
The new appointee will replace outgoing Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Jacqueline R. Erwin, who will be retiring Jan. 7. The appointee would be up for election in April 2014.
To apply, submit a cover letter, resume (not exceeding two pages), references, two writing samples and the judicial application found on www.walker.wi.gov. (Select the Judicial Application button after clicking “Apply to Serve” at the top of the page.)

All application materials must be received by 5 p.m. Dec. 12.
