Property – foreclosure — mortgage assignment — proof

Eugene Groysman, pro se, appeals from a judgment of foreclosure entered by the trial court, which granted summary judgment in favor of OneWest Bank, FSB. Groysman argues that summary judgment was improper because the property’s current owner was not named as a defendant and there was inadequate proof of the mortgage assignment and the amount of Groysman’s default. We reject his arguments and affirm the judgment. We also deny OneWest’s request for attorney fees. This opinion will not be published.
