Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Edward R. Lee appeals from a judgment of conviction and from an order denying his postconviction motion for plea withdrawal. He contends that the circuit court erroneously denied him a hearing on his claim that he did not understand the terms of his plea bargain. Because Lee did not show why or how the alleged misunderstanding contributed to his decision to plead guilty, we affirm.  This opinion will not be published.
