Contracts — statutory misrepresentation — public
In this breach-of-contract case, United Concrete & Construction, Inc., appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of Red-D-Mix Concrete, Inc. We conclude that material facts remain in dispute, such that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment. We reverse. This opinion will not be published.
