Civil Commitment — involuntary medication — competence

Melanie L. appeals an order for involuntary medication. She argues Outagamie County failed to meet its burden of proving she was not competent to refuse medication, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 51.61(1)(g)4.b. We affirm. This opinion will not be published.
