Criminal Procedure — counseling records — in camera review

Timothy D. Moseley appeals from a trial court decision denying his motion to suppress evidence based on an illegal search. Moseley also appeals from a trial court decision denying his motion for an in camera review of a victim’s counseling records. Finally, Moseley appeals his judgments of conviction on the grounds that the trial court was biased, thereby violating his right to a fair trial. We affirm. Not recommended for publication in the official reports.
