Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Darrin O’Neill appeals a judgment of conviction and an order denying his postconviction motion. O’Neill was convicted of one count of aggravated battery with intent to commit great bodily harm, contrary to Wis. Stat. § 940.19(5) (2009-10), after he entered a no contest plea. We affirm the judgment and order of the circuit court. This opinion will not be published.
