Sentencing – restitution — ability to pay

Myron Elcado Edwards, pro se, appeals from an order of the circuit court denying his motion to rescind or modify restitution. Edwards contends that his restitution obligation should be rescinded because he is not eligible for probation and because he cannot pay, now or in the future. We agree with the circuit court that Edwards’ motion should be denied, so we affirm. This opinion will not be published.
