Criminal Procedure — plea withdrawal

Joshua James Scolman, pro se, appeals orders denying his postconviction motion for plea withdrawal and the motion for reconsideration that followed. Scolman claims that the circuit court erred when it denied his postconviction motion without an evidentiary hearing. We disagree and affirm. This opinion will not be published.
